Bryson.
I got my car back and the mechanic not only did i have to sit and wait 5 minutes for someone to push the garage door opener (the salesman ignored my request) but the mechanic left his wrench on my seat, AND he neglected to put the oil cap back on. After driving about 30 miles i had oil splattered all over. And a deep rumble noise.
I did not have time to go back. Ill check my own level.
Not happy!

When we brought our vehicle in for service, we decided to purchase new tires. The tires that we requested were not the tires put on the car. In addition, the price was higher than what was on the web site. They didn’t know that the promotion for buy 3 get one for $1 was even a promotion. They are now coming to my work on Monday to get my vehicle to get the new tires put on. In addition, no one answers the phones. We have to leave a message and hope that someone calls back or keep calling. Very frustrating.
