Andrew looked up the recalls ordered for
our 2019 MDX and he answered my questions
regarding the recall work He also ordered a new battery
plus recommended a synthetic oil change be done
I agreed to do the work
The recall work took an extra day but I was contacted by Andrew that the MDX was ready I picked it up today and drove home It is running fine so far

I was told I needed 3 services: oil change, cabin filters changed and all wheel fluid, then they came back and tried to tell me I needed 2 or 3 more. It’s a brand new car with 25,000 miles. Trying to get me to spend $1,000 on services when all I really needed was an oil change??? No thanks. I won’t be back to be price gouged. $129 for cabin air filter when the max I should be charged is around $85… won’t let that happen again. I have another friend that has an Acura and they told me you all do the same to them as well. Not a good way to keep your customers around.
