Not Andrews fault but none of the keys I now have will manually unlock the door. Only the fob works to unlock the door. Went by Harpers not good solution. Apparently something is wrong with the lock cylinder in the door.

We asked about a cancellation police due to the fact we had not had a car for 4 days and it completely shut off in the middle of the road . We could have been in a major wreck. When we had it towed back to your lot and asked about the policy we got NOTHING for 2 days then told you all ordered pasts to fix the battery and alternate. Your all communication **** and you all have HORRIBLE customer service!!! I will make sure no one buys a car from you all.
