My only complaint is that customer loyalty doesn't seem to count for much anymore. It seems very unpersonal now. I've bought Acuras from the Springfield location since around 1998. While I don't normally think I'm special, I knd of do in this case.

Communication was excellent. We received a loaner due to a part issue and it taking an extra day which did not bother us since we had a service loaner. We arrived to pick up our vehicle and the rear wiper blade was installed incorrectly and when turned on the wiper blade was, going along the body panel instead of the glass. A different service person fixed it in the parking lot while we waited. Overall, everything was fixed and we were able to leave.
Probably could have just installed and checked the new parts better prior to us arriving. Thanks, just constructive feedback and didn’t bother us at all
