I was very unhappy with the fact that the price that I was given over the phone changed when I went to pick up the vehicle it was only $30 but when you are given a price for that much money and agree to it, you do not want that price to change even one nickel! My way of thinking if something changes like that, you should just take care of it and that is what is called, Good customer service & good customer relations for future visits.
This left a bad impression with me!!

All the people I encountered at Jay Leta Acura in Springfield MO were professional, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful with all of my car needs!
My start with Brent and others was great! I was able to use a Loner car, which was extremely nice and very appreciated. Service to my car was prompt and all explained to me at my drop off and pickup. I am a second Acura MDX owner and have so enjoyed my Acura’s!
Great customer service is a big asset to your company!! Keep those employees at your Springfield MO location! They are rare!!
