The technician reported that all three components of the low beam system needed to be replaced. In fact, the bulb itself was fine.I was told that he checked the components against the passenger side. If that was so the bulb in question should have worked. What I wasn't told was that the housing for the light assembly contained water,which was the cause the failure. I watched the technician that eventually repaired my vehicle pour at least a cup of water out of the light module. How could your technician miss this? I have previously been satisfied with the service I have received but I have to say that this time left me scratching my head.

I already shared my disappointment with Derek about how the authorization for inspection was handled. I will not be back even though I am in the market for a new car and wanted to replace my MDX with another Acura. What began as excitement that there was a reasonably close alternative to our local dealer turned into disappointment over the handling of today’s recall service.
