Danielle was very professional and helpful, even though I could tell they were severely understaffed. On her desk was paperwork for multiple vehicles that were ready to go but she was consistently being interrupted with questions from others. I don’t know how she got any work done in that environment. She maintained a level head and was polite and professional. However, Dealer Management needs to staff their very busy service department appropriately before their current employees get burned out.

The service staff were very nice and attentive. I appreciated the rental car. However, it was very busy when I picked up the truck and no instruction was provided on how to use and lock the tonneau cover. I felt this would have completely satisfied me. Also, we did not receive face to face instruction on how to use all the electronics on the truck when we purchased it other than programming the cell phone. All other vehicles I have purchased from Honda and other car dealers included this upon purchase. I think this is an area that could be improved.

I appreciate Tyler’s good care in helping me get our 2017 CRV taken care of and in getting us scheduled for maintenance and new tires on the 2021 CRV for next week. We have been using Frank Leta Honda since we moved here about 8 years ago. Additionally, we sent family there that purchased vehicles too. We started off with this dealership having a great experience but then the atmosphere had a big shift. Working with Frank Leta Honda was no long pleasant and frankly challenging. We have ready to take our business elsewhere. Hopefully dealing with Tyler will restore some confidence.
