I really appreciate the thorough records that are kept there. They were able to say which tire was repaired before. This time it was the valve stem. It was replaced at no charge. It was time for an oil change and that was fine too. The best part, it was under the time I was told it would take.

Hi - This service visit was not like any previous experiences at FLH. Very disappointed that I did not receive a return phone call after the multi-point check with technician. Kept thinking someone should be calling soon - that was on Thursday. Nothing.
Also, given the maximum warranty on the vehicle, I was taken back that basic diagnostics were not covered, at least a portion. This trip made me rethink my FLH for life strategy. Again, very disappointed.
On Friday, I had to call to ask about my vehicle at lunch time. Again, no phone calls from Service. This just so unlike the customer focused given previously. And, this is not small dollars. Very disappointed in the lack of focus on the customer.
Kudos to Manager; he called and apologized & quickly made plans to get my vehicle ready for pickup.

I have a 2024 CRV with only 13,000 miles on it. I did the recommended four wheel total alignment. I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything if everything was aligned properly. I would only have to pay if something had to be adjusted. Everything came out fine except the left rear toe was out by .18 . It was corrected to .14. So I had to pay $145 for a .04 change. That seemed excessive considering it’s relatively a brand new vehicle. The only reason I got the recommended Alignment, was because I had a flat about two weeks ago and I had to get a new tire. I bought the tire from your dealership and had you do all the work which I paid for. I was told today that an alignment wasn’t done at that time which surprise me.
