I left a message for the service manager to call me back at ****-****-xxxx (Michael Stevenson, I think?), but he has not. The interchange that my wife and I had came across as rude and argumentative. When we were all three in the garage dropping off the car, as we were leaving, he said can you give you my number,(the one above), I did. Then when we came back in after he called my wife’s number instead, he mentioned the trans fluid was due to be changed, and then said didn’t you get my message abruptly? My wife said I didn’t listen bc you were supposed to call my husband. Regardless, we both said three times checking out, you said you were typing my number into you’re tablet, and he kept pointing and highlighting my wife’s number, and we said yes that’s not ****-****-xxxx and why I gave this to you in garage. He wouldn’t budge, then got very frustrated, and asked several more times to put my number in and take my wife’s out and he kept saying this is the total. Finally, I said if I could simply advise, would make everything much easier if you just said, “I’m sorry” must have been confusion, whatever. Everything g returns to calm immediately!!Seemed like he was stressed and I understand, but as I told him, do you see all of those 6 or 7 cars that we have brought in, that’s money coming in. He never relented in any way. I’m not out to hurt, just to give feedback. Thanks
