Tyler is always very helpful. However, I am concerned at the apparent need to replace a timing belt only 60,000 miles since you replaced it the first time. Should last at least 100K miles. Also, realize short on staff but more than two hours to service vehicle is quite a long time. Be good to understand how long service will take ahead of time to know if I should stay with vehicle or come back. Thanks.
