I can’t understand why they kept my vehicle 7 days and each day I was told it would be ready tomorrow. Now, when I picked it up, if I said I’ll have the money tomorrow, you wouldn’t give me my car! Everyone keeps saying we want you to get the HONDA EXPERIENCE, but I don’t! I’m paying for the experience but not getting anything for it! Very disappointed with this dealership at this time! I will not recommend anyone to get the Honda experience. Just pay for repairs yourself

Tyler Saliski was great. He was very professional as always and explained all needed services. The comment I am making is about the emissions equipment was not operating.and I don’t believe the service techs are listening to the service advisers. I always ask for Tyler because he is very thorough and explains needed services and explains why. He is a good man.

All were good except one thing.
I had to drive back after I pulled away because my service reminder wasn’t clear after work was finished. It would’ve been also better if someone could’ve just walk me through how to do this over the phone instead of asking me to drive back. It seemed very simple when I watched over the service tech’s shoulder.

My Platinum detail was unsatisfactory. The last time I had this done, it was spotless. This time it looked like a rush job. Upholstery was poorly done, I wiped off smudges and grime in several areas with a paper towel and windex. The exterior was not entirely buffed out and no effort was made to remove spots that just took a little extra effort.

Vehicle was returned with nobody calling! I’m in a wheelchair and had to retrieve a neighbor so I could park the van in the garage while my neighbor then pushed my wheelchair into the garage! Obviously a different person returned the van vs who picked it up as she saw me in the wheelchair. Poor communication.
