Danielle Ivey is a great asset to your team! She knows what she is doing and a very reliable team member. She is very patient and really listens and explains what services are recommended at the time of service.
Each time I come in for service I am very skeptical about who will or will not still be working. I was relieved when Danielle waited on me. I knew she was a great team member! Extremely thorough and efficient and a great multi tasker! I was extremely satisfied and reassured my vehicle was properly serviced! Thank you!

The service technicians did ‘above and beyond’ checking out my car!! I am very appreciative that they took the time to check everything. A million thanks to them!!
My issue was with Danielle. I was told it would take a couple hours to go through it and they would let me know if they find something. I had a loaner to go home for a couple of hours. I called at 3pm, they sent her a message, I called again at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. They all left messages for her as I wanted to pick up my car. They close at 6pm. Crickets. I called at 9am, 10am. They left message again. Crickets. I left at 10:15am to go to Honda to see what was going on. I got a text at 10:17 that my car was done and they couldn’t find anything. I was driving so didn’t respond.
I spoke to the manager when I got there and is he is awesome. We had a nice conversation. I explained that there was NO communication with Danielle for 24 hrs!! Other than my car was ready to pick up. Never planned on not having MY car for 26 hrs with NO communication. I don’t drive the loaner around while I’m waiting at home. He appreciated my feedback and I felt he should know because she’s a front line worker and sells Honda to people she encounters as she represents Honda!! I could have never said a word and never returned but Frank Leta and Tim (MY service guy who is the BEST) have gone above and beyond for me when I needed it the most. I will NEVER speak badly about Frank Leta Honda or Tim!! I had the best customer service ever. I don’t shop around or go to any fast oil change business. I’m ALL about loyalty!! I will buy my next Honda from Frank Leta. I won’t use Danielle again. (Lack of communication) I will make sure Tim is there (or Tyler).
Today I get a text from Danielle stating that my car is done with service and can be picked up!! I returned a text stating that I picked my car up on January 17th at 10:30am. Today is Feb 4th.

It took three weeks for my car to get done. I dropped it off and told I needed the check engine light fixed and the valve cover. I requested a full diagnostic as well. When I came back they only fixed the coil pack. Then I told them I approve any repairs no matter the price and she said okay but never ordered the valve cover . She didn’t communicate with me at all I had to come all the way to store to get updates about my car. They never answered the phone. They finally finished my car after three weeks.

I was told 50 minutes for the oil change then told 45 minutes. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour and half. Not a happy customer. Danielle did not communicate with us at all about the service. We did not receive a text to confirm work ordered, receive information that our car was ready, and your phone lines only lead to voicemail with no return phone call in over an hour. Then I received a call that my car was not quite ready after we had been to the dealership to pick it up. Complete failure on communication from start to finish.

We sat for an extra 40 minutes waiting. I received a copy of the multipoint inspection via text. I read it but assumed that it would be gone over with me. After 30 minutes I got a text saying my car was ready. I sat for another 10 minutes, then went to check to see if it was actually ready. The last time I had service done, someone came out and told me when it was finished. I assumed that would be the case again. Besides, I had my daughter with me and we were playing a dice game and I wasn't just watching my phone for a text. After ai went to check, I was told that she was waiting for me to respond about the multi point inspection that was sent to see if I wanted the service done today. Why wouldn't you come ask that 40 min ago. She knew my daughter and I were waiting at the dealership. Then I tried to schedule the appointment for a wheel alignment. I said Friday would be good. She said she was not there on Friday. I am not sure why it mattered if she was there. She isn't a mechanic.
I do want to say the GM and front desk last were amazing and so kind.I had went to them about an issue with me expecting a free oil change due to it being under 24,000 miles. The lady at the service department has said she could not help and that in 2025 Honda stayed only doing 12000 mile free oil changes. I told her I bought the car April 2024 and was told differently. She just said she could not help. I asked who I should talk to. She just said finance. I went to the front desk and that girl got the GM. They were very kind and for everything straightened out and stood by what was said at the time of sale.
