The loaner car policy is a joke. When you live outside your shuttle range it becomes a huge hassle. You can’t call the day of to find out if a loaner is available. You can’t drive out to the dealership and find out if a loaner is available. Only after your service rep spends 15 to 20 minutes checking you in are you told if a loaner is available. After this then you can arrange for a ride. This is not what I was told when I purchased my car from Frank Leta. NOT COOL

I moved my seat back to help whoever would get in my car but they also adjusted the seat all the way to the bottom, adjusted it tilted back and turned my headlights off. When I left my friends house I had to figure where and how to get them back on. Why did they even touch the lights... I came in for an oil change and tire rotation
