The service was great however, I purchased the vehicle in November 2023 but little to my knowledge, the tires have lug nut locks but I didn’t have the tool to remove them and had to take it to another dealer for service.

I purchased a used 2020 Chevrolet Silverado in December and a few weeks later noticed that one of my license plate bulbs was out. I purchased a new bulb and it still didn’t fix it so I made an appointment to have it looked at. I was told to begin with that it sounded like a wiring issue and was also told they would check it out and let me know what the issue was. After about an hour wait I received a text saying my truck was ready. They determined it was still a bad bulb, replaced it without consulting me first and I was charged $74 and some change. If I would have known that it was still a faulty bulb and how much I was going to be charged I would have replaced it again on my own.

I took my ridgeline in for a tire pressure monitor system error. The vehicle has a 48 thousand bumper to bumper warranty. The technician said the service would cost me $600+ to fix it. I ended up paying $120+ for the work done and as soon as I got in to go home the same sensor error came on. I paid for nothing!!! I'm am so frustrated with your service department that I think I should not bother coming back to your dealer. It's a shame because I have been a faithful customer since 1998.

The previous time that I contacted you for an oil change. I had a discount coupon that was expiring that day. They would not extend me the discount to the next day. I took the car to Ed Napleton Honda and they got me in the same day and accepted the discounted price. It's the little thing that counts.
