Very disappointed that you were not prepared for the work I scheduled. I am grateful that the service tech was honest to alert me that the wiper blades requested were not installed. This was done after picking up my car and driving home. Not sure why the wiper blades, requested 5 days before service date were not available when I came in.

The service appointment was convenient, timely, and the staff was courteous. I am very pleased with my experience. The only negative was the car was not washed afterwards. This was one of the extras sold to us when buying the car so that was a little disappointing.

I was quoted a price for tires over the phone but they were quite a bit more expensive when I arrived. Recalled side mirrors that were fixed previously weren't fixed properly. They Were supposedly fixed again yesterday but still aren't working properly. I feel like I can't trust work being done on my car.

The service phone line service was disappointing. We dropped my vehicle off at 10am on 12/30/23. We were told it would be ready by close of business, 5pm. I called at 3pm and asked for an update. I was told Randy was busy and would call me in a few minutes. When we did not hear back we called at 4pm as it was getting close to closing time. We were then told the service department was closing at 4pm and that I would not have my vehicle until Tuesday, 1/2/24. We were told Randy wasn’t answering is phone when we asked to speak to a manager. My husband and I then drove up to dealership and the service department informed us my vehicle was ready and that the department closes at 5pm. We then learned Randy was not in the office at all that day. However, we were very impressed with Brandon’s service this day and handling the situation. No one answered the service phone line after 4pm.

The service representative did not answer all my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle and left me with even more questions. I am considering taking my car somewhere else to get serviced in the future. I feel that your customer service has gone downhill in the last year.

Took 2 hours for oil change when had an appointment. I showed up just before my appointment time and 3 cars came in after me and were all checked in before I was. Mt email that my complimentary multipoint inspection was complete was emailed to me almost am hour after the time on the inspection.
