I scheduled my oil change for 10am. I dropped my car off at 9:50, anticipating that it would take roughly an hour for my service to be complete. I usually receive a call or an update of some sort when I drop my car off, but I did not hear from anyone at Frank Leta even hours after dropping off my vehicle. I called the service department at 12:00 and no one had any information for me. I was told by the woman I spoke with that she would call me back. She never did. So I called again and a different woman answered and she also wasn’t sure about the status of my car. I finally spoke with the service manager at 1:00. He then informed me that they were only just then starting work on my car. I wasn’t able to pick up my car until 2:30. It took over four hours for a simple oil change to be completed. When I picked up my car I was not offered compensation for the unreasonable delay or even at the very least offered an apology for the inconvenience. I understand that things happen, but the customer service was unprofessional. I am reconsidering having my vehicle serviced here in the future.

She seemed a bit not caring, and said some items that needed to be done on my car but said she was waiting to hear back from parts dept to get the prices and she would email me later. One of them was one of my brake lights are out , which shouldve been installed before my car was pulled from the garage. I have not yet received an email with the items that needs to be completed and the cost… it has now been 2 days since I was there for the service… I’m disappointed
