Tyler is the man! Whatever you guys gotta do to keep him happy, I’d highly recommend doing just that. I run a business and work full time so I don’t always have a whole lot of time. Tyler always works his magic to get my car in and get serviced in a quick manner. I recently called a Honda dealership (wont say which one) and they couldn’t get me in for 2 and a half months for a recall! Tyler got my car in and done within 24 hrs. If you’re in a management position and you’re reading this, screenshot/print this off and laminate it because he’s the reason that I come back. I know that I can txt him and he’ll respond and get me taken care of. Give him a promotion, company car, corner office, and a frickin rubber tree plant!

Danielle was great. The customer service was great. However, 35 miles later the check engine light came on. The first and only time the check engine light has ever come on is after this service appointment. Now I have to figure out a way to get back our there to have it fixed when this is the only vehicle I have big enough to fit my family in.
