I am the new owner of my vehicle and my mom told me about how amazing the service was at Frank Leta. My original appointment was for Monday at 9:15 am for a home pick up. I have a 3 year old and a newborn baby so that was going to be a huge lifesaver for me. The service team still hadn’t arrived by about 11 am to pick up my car and we called the service department who said we were still on the list but the team was running late. Then I called again around 1 pm and they told me we would need to reschedule. While staffing issues due to illness are unavidable, especially this time of year, it would have been nice to have Frank Leta reach out to me earlier in the day so I could adjust my plans. My appointment was then rescheduled to Thursday and on Thursday morning I received a call that we would need to reschedule again. My car was past due for maintenance at this point and I had to get my car in before I go back to work soon so I brought my vehicle in. The woman who originally booked my first appointment confirmed with my mom (the OG owner) that there were 2 free oil changes left on the account. Come to find out, that was incorrect and those expired in 2021. My mom then found an email that said we had a $39 oil change deal but that was not applied to my account until I brought it up to the service agent. Lastly, when I picked up my car, it was later in the day that I anticipated. Also, I feel like for the inconvenience of having to bring my car up to the dealership last minute, the least that could have been done would be to run it through an exterior car wash.

Be more customer friendly. When I arrived I sat by the garage door halfway in waiting for someone to wave me on or tell me where to pull in to. Normally I’m greeted right away and shown in. There were no other cars in there at the time of my arrival at 0730.
I was estimated 3 hours for completion of service. I called after 4.5 hours to ask for an update and was told they would get back to me. I received nothing and called back again after 5.5 hours for an update. Still, no one knew anything and I could not get an update.
After I arrived to pick up my van, over 6 hours later, I was rushed the whole time. I still haven’t received my multi-point inspection. Usually the tech goes over it with me and never did. She told me she would text it to me and I have still not received it a day later. Usually I also receive a discount for military, I was so rushed that I felt that I never even had the opportunity to bring it up.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Frank Leta since buying our van. Very disappointed.
