Was treated poorly once Leigha discovered I was there for a “we owe” on my recent purchase . I would give you a 1 on a ten scale. Extremely upset. I asked service mgr to contact me. Still waiting . This is not the Frank Leta service I expected based on past experience. I’m a retail manager myself and I’m dumbfounded by how I was treated. In May 2023, we reported tire noise and have had two oil & filter services and ABS sensor work done at the dealer. Through all this, wheel bearing replacement was never detected. Recently, we had a multi point inspection along with oil & filter change and Again, we were concerned about tire noise. All was reported as fine. Took to another shop for tire rotation; recommended brake work. Brought car back to dealer and a different technician recommend something altogether different. We took the car to another shop for a fourth opinion. They recommended replacing front brakes and wheel bearings. We have been driving an unsafe car for months, and feel wheel bearing trouble should have been discovered when our car was inspected previously at the dealer!

It always took days before Kathryn would return a call, if ever. Status updates were few. What should have been a quick update for a new car we bought turned into weeks. The loaner car you provided had tags from 2022 so we barely drove in case we got pulled over. Understandably, the part had to come in from mazda. However, the customer service experienced from your dealership left much to be desired.

It took 5.5 hours to complete what was estimated at 2.5 hours of work. I don’t know for sure, but it also seems like it took a few hours to get my vehicle service started even though I dropped it off a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I also had problems with the online inspection review system in that I submitted my request to defer services proposed during the inspection 3 times. My submissions always said they were successful, but never went through for the service advisor to be informed of my approval/deferral

Kimberly did a great job. I was pleased with the service. But you should know that prior to yesterday I have had several instances of poor or shoddy service. After roughly 12 years with multiple Honda’s I feel that the service department is no longer providing the level of service that I experienced a few years ago.
