Tim was fine but i did not appreciate the girl who helped me when i picked up my car talking to me like im stupid and didnt know where i dropped off my car just because she couldnt find my car. Tim however did find it.

Leigha was extremely professional and helpful when checking in my car for service. It was the 1 st oil change and tire rotation for my crv that I bought from Frank Leta Honda and Leigha made it easy. I think your service department is having a difficult time keeping up with the amount of work that comes through each day. Service workers are very kind and helpful, but it takes a very long time to hear back from them. The answering service answers the phone calls, but can’t really answer any questions I’m calling about, and each time I get out on hold for them to try to contact the service member, and then get told they are not answering, and they will send a message for someone to call me, which can take > a day.
