When I pulled into the service bay, the technician asked for my mileage I told him I was just here for an oil change. He told me that at 30,000 miles they recommend the transmission fluid be changed I thought this was quite odd so I looked it up on my phone and Honda recommends transmission fluid changes at 60,000 miles, this is a perfect example of why people don’t like to take their cars to dealerships they try to get you to buy services you don’t need it’s very aggravating

We used to have great service here, but my pregnant wife went in today and got rear ended by another customer. The staff was too busy consumed with their own fun conversations chatting to come and address the customers in the garage so the person behind her rear ended her. Now my wife has to not only receive a medical check up we have to replace a $250 car seat per the manufacturer. The staff was negligent in their duties to pull cars into the garage appropriately and now we have to pay the costs. Not once did any staff member apologize. They only tried to placate the situation by stating untrue and unsafe information about car seat usage. She had to pull up the car seat manufacturer’s guidelines before they stopped trying to downplay what had happened. The manager was sitting in his office and did not once come out to see what happened. There are plenty of other dealerships with better ethics that we will be utilizing from here on out. To top it off, the vehicle was finished for nearly 20 min when she went and addressed it with her service person who was busy checking emails. He had no idea it was done. He sent a text and offered express check out which we declined. Every other customer had a service technician come and assist them in person. And the receipt had no diagnostic report attached or discussed any of the maintenance completed (as other customers). Even another customer received a highlighted note letting them know of the managers number in case any issues would come up. I don’t even think the receipt given to us had that number.

Told service advisor that my steering felt off, was told they'd diagnose. When I arrived at the dealership, mentioned steering issue again and was told they'd check for recall. After service, saw recall was cleared, but no diagnosis or testing was done and steering is just as bad as before. Also was told parts would be ordered for service, but they weren't so I have to come back again to have my car properly fixed.
