I appreciate being able to schedule oil & filter change the Same Day I called and everything went smoothly. My car was ready in under a hour. I wanted to ask a question/leave a comment, so I chose “No” on the survey.
This is a Small thing, but my car used to go through the car wash whenever it came in for service. I didn’t remember to ask, and this service may have been discontinued so Honda can offer competitive pricing on general maintenance. Saving $ is a top priority for me!

Had an appointment for diamond fusion windshield coating. Arrived at 7:30 for my appointment and no one from detailing was even there until 830. Service advisor applied coating. Still waiting for email of final receipt for worked complete. Sent a text message to sales advisor. Still waiting to hear back from him.
Also, still have not received paperwork from financing and he said last Saturday, a week ago that that would be emailed for signatures.

honestly the scratches that were put on my car when it was there were not fixed we had went through the issues 17 days of my car there and telling me they were going to fix all the scratches and wash my car and detail the inside. None of that was done. My car looked exactly the same as it did 17 days ago. When I brought this to his attention he started back peddling on the issues. As of now I'm still waiting for this all to be repaired. My car was brought in to replace the serpentine belt and ended up with the passenger side of my car all scratched up and a dent put in it and scratches on my back driver's side on the back panel

Your new computer notification system ****. There’s no human interaction, your system notified that I would have a $40 charge. Turned out to be $240. Your notification comes in on my cell phone and the amount of text in the message leaves small print and a pain in the **** to read. Also, your customer has to be attentive to their phone for notifications. How hard is for your representative to come and talk with your customer?
