Have quite a few things that need fixing to my vehicle. Need to understand better on what has been done and what still needs to be done and timeframe. Would like it in writing so I can track things in my end as well.

Tim was fantastic, but technically not so great, scheduled online even for confirmation. Then when arriving @ 8:19 am was told I did not have appt. Tim ck me in ok, but scanning the car numbers, FL did not have my car as being sold there. Duh! I even bought a maintenance program with FL too. Actually service took shorter than expected and wash was fantastic along with the facilities @ service personnel. Just get your computers to recognize my car to keep service records on it. Sometime computers need help too. Thank you

Just came in for an emissions test, but had my grandson with me. Kathryn was friendly and efficient and the waiting room was a nice area to wait (we were in the kids area, a very nice area that wouldn't have been found in a regular services station)

I suspected that the right detection system was a problem, mentioned that on my prior visit when i ended up buying a $400 from you, and told that the codes were a summary, one of which has been identifying the right detection system. I was told i would need to schedule a scan to identify the problem, @ $199. Here is the response given after spending time and money getting the test done: Notes from Tech: “RIGHT SIDE OBJECT DETECTION MODULE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH
LEFT SIDE, LEFT SIDE IS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SCAN TOOL,
SUSPECT FAILED RIGHT SIDE MODULE, CIRCUITS OK AT THIS TIME. PN: 84607713 SIDE DETECTION MODULE“. You reported the you”…SUSPECT…” something? And want to charge $900 to fix it? What if it doesn’t fix it? C’mon?
I sure deserved more than a suspicion of the problem!

The tire should have been replaced at no charge. We bought that vehicle brand new about 6 weeks ago. The tire has been losing pressure since the purchase and we filled with air 4 times in that short period.
