Time taken for oil change is 3 hours. Representative denied to accept the 15% Costco coupon which is valid for Ed Napleton. It’s a competitor coupon which I had no problem in applying in the past. No car wash done or coupon is available for car wash at other places No receipt was provided because printer is down and did not receive in my email as well

Katie was fine and car was done in a little over an hour. There were several other jobs recommended to me which I declined mainly because of an expensive trip coming up. I was surprised that replacing my engine air filter was recommended because my air filter is a washable, reusable lifetime k&n filter. I failed to ask for high mileage oil, which I would prefer, because the car has close to 150,000 miles on it and it has been burning oil for some time. Also, is recommended maintenance based on whatever the tech finds or based on mileage like in the owners manual? Thanks for your time. Greg.

Your service on my vehicle has always been outstanding. Tyler Saliski is professional, kind and always gives 100% to the customer. My first van was a Ford. My second van was a Chevy. My last one was a Toyota. However, my Honda has been number one and your dealership is better than any I have ever done business with. since the first time I have had Tyler as my service provider, I exclusively use him when I need service for my Odyssey . I feel the dealership and Tyler have always honest, and treat people the same as They would treat their own family. Thanks for always providing great service.

She was great - friendly, helpful, professional. What I didn't like was the closure between noon and 1. I had a simple flat tire and debated taking it to a tire shop (which would have been very fast) but wanted to try your service since we've bought 3 cars there but never used your service. I arrived shortly after noon and saw the sign that you were closed from 12-1. This is not on your web site, which in fact showed that you were open. I didn't want to drive any farther than necessary on my spare tire, so decided to stay and wait. It was 2.5 hours before my tire was replaced. Way too long. I doubt that I'll ever bring any of our cars back there for service.

After carefully considering whether or not to give feedback, I thought it best to do so. I've been bringing cars to Frank Leta for service a number of years now. It's the only place that our 2013 CRV - bought from Leta - has been serviced. I used to work with Mike Law and Mike Case and I had developed a relationship with both of them, and I trusted them to not mislead me on anything. When I brought the CRV in for a state inspection, both Mikes were no longer working there. I worked with another service advisor (Kimberly perhaps?). After the inspection was complete, I was told that the car failed due to the rear brake pads being "metal-on-metal", and that I needed to have them replaced (with a recommendation on having the rotors refinished) - $640 total for all four brakes and rotors. I've heard this expression used in Honda dealerships before so I elected to replace my own brake pads. The rear pads, while well-worn and in need of replacement, were not only not "metal-on-metal" but actually had enough life left to have passed the inspection. This means the tech who inspected the car either didn't bother to remove the wheel and measure the pads at best -or- was trying to sell me something I didn't need at worst. While I can't say for sure what happened, I don't necessarily trust Leta any more. When I brought the car back in with the worn pads to show the service department, James Hannon did pull me aside to apologize. I can say that he handled himself well and he seemed sincere in his desire to re-establish trust. I have no complaint about our interactions. Combining this incident with Leta's insistence that all new cars sold during the inventory shortage be sold with very overpriced accessories (all-weather treatment stuff, mats, etc), there isn't really a reason to go there any more. I hate to say that as most of our experiences there have been positive but the top priority for me is trust. Hope this helps Frank Leta... Eric

James was wonderful from start to finish. Explained everything very well about replacing my front brake pads and why it was necessary to grind the rotors as well. Since I know nothing about cars, he was very helpful and spoke in terminology I could understand. He was able to get me in immediately and I had the most pleasant interaction with him. When I bring my vehicle back for service, I will request James. It was a good experience and I appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable chairs and snacks in your waiting room. Tyler was rude. We were there for a 11:00 oil change appointment. He didn’t write up our paperwork until 11:40. He signed Megan’s name without checking with us if we needed anything extra. Usually they ask if we want a car wash. That was not done. Our car was done so we asked him if we could check out. He took our paperwork and set aside and said it will take a while to be completed. After 15 minutes I went in to the service department to see if it was ready. The other service technician was very nice and helped us check out.
