I got on a chat a month ago to make an appointment for an inspection.
On the chat I was told “sorry I can’t schedule that, someone will contact you to make this appointment.” After two weeks I tried again.
I had to schedule two weeks out because of my schedule. I chose an early appointment to insure the inspection would be completed that day.
I called for an update at 1pm. I was told that they didn’t know but someone would reach out. At 4pm I called again, having not heard back from anyone and was told that my car had been ready for hours. I have had nothing but friendly communication with the employees. I’m just frustrated that a simple appointment was difficult to schedule and difficult to communicate about.

I found out that you no longer wash the vehicle? That is a nice perk for coming to your dealership for service. I know it is not a big deal but it does make me think of looking for a cheaper place to have my oil changed.
