Your loaner program ****. It used to be on day of appt you could call and check if there was loaner and if there was they would hold it for you. On this occasion, they would not confirm or deny availability. Which necessitated me taking time off work to drive with my wife both our vehicles out to leta. Then on arrival we were given a loaner. I am glad we did however my gas time and missed work were still needlessly wasted. To this i am sure your reply will be 'but we have porters to drive you home if necessary'. And to this i will answer last time i came in for repairs, no porters were available.
Things have changed at leta in the last year or so. Formerly my opinion was so high that i shared my recommendations with friends and associates that leta is the ONLY dealer that i would use. After the last year, that is no longer the case. Next vehicle purchase will probably not be exclusively leta &honda unless things change moving forward.
Now this statement is not solely based on sucky loaner protocol but also includes issues with incomplete vehicle inspections, missing pieces when vehicle is returned, poor customer service from service ambassadors (not Tyler he was top notch), lack of follow up when i voice my concerns, and continuous recall related issues with my 2020 pilot which I have never experienced with any of my previous 5 hondas.

James went above and beyond making sure everything was done and compromised on the financial aspects of the repairs.
He is very polite and makes sure the van had all the repairs that were requested.
He checked with the warranty company to see what would be paid for by them.
And tried to save us money where he could.
