It’s the small things that are always missed by your people. The car I was given for the day was dirty and had issues. When I went to pick up my car was locked but I wasn’t given my keys so i had to walk back in to get them. My oil system wasn’t reset so I’m not entirely believing that it was actually changed. Nothing overall terrible but added up says a lot about the company. The devil is in the details.

Let me start out by Kimberly was awesome. She did a great job keeping me content. The problem Was with honda not backing the Warranty And making me use the Extended warranty Loner vehicle smelled like smoke had to fumigate ourselves to the best of our ability. By the way, I washed the car when I brought it back. So I highly doubt if I purchase from frank leta again But like I said, Kimberly did a fine job.
