Frank Leta blew it with the new computer system that did not transfer all data from old system regarding maintenance on my vehicles (3 of them serviced at your shop for many, many years). Change is good if done correctly, too bad you didn’t listen to the seasoned service managers that actually know what it takes to keep a vehicle in to condition.
Also, I have a quick left turn signal that needed investigating - I refused your $120 fee to look it over, causing me to seek a new service center for all 3 of my vehicles. You will continue to lose long time customers when you treat them like this. Good luck in the future, you will need it!

Staff was rude. No one was there to guide me. When asked politely the girl was very rude. I was not given any updates on my truck. Had to make several calls just to get the updates. Very disappointed.
