When I first arrived for recall work the part wasn’t available. I had been told I would be called if the part wasn’t available. Finally after over thirty minutes or longer the part was found but it had been ordered for someone else that was coming in later in the week. Then, I was told the job would be done in an hour or less. I had to wait over two hours. Everything seemed to be very disorganized.

I scheduled an appt for 10am. I was told it would be an hour service. 1.5 hours later I’d had no update or communication. I found out a filter could not be located for my car. Once found my around 11:30, service finally commenced. I had made the 10am appt because I had somewhere to be at noon but my car wasn’t even ready until a few minutes after 12pm. I also had a tire rotation and now somethinf sounds odd when driving on the highway but I have no inclination to return to your services.

After a multitude of service errors which required us to return to the dealership three times, we experienced a superior service recovery experience thanks James, service tech and the personal help of the service manager. We believe the current service managers have little training in relationship building and business-client trust, and service techs are similarly ill-trainned (or uncaring). We've been a Frank Leta customer since 1994. The quality of service has eroded, especially in recent years. Re this episode, the service manager was the Lone Ranger and saved the day.

This is not Tyler’s fault. My appointment was at 1:15. In addition to oil change Tyler said it needed the transmission fluid changed and possibly an alignment. Tyler kept me informed several times and at 4:00 told me that the alignment had not been done and they were still working on the transmission fluid. So my appointment was at 1:15 and left at 4:45 without the alignment being done. Tyler kept me informed. This was not his fault. There were also people in the waiting room complaining. My son also services his Odyssey at Frank Leta and have had similar experiences lately.

Everything was fine except for the $100 wash was not as I expected.
They did not vacuum the back areas of my vehicle, 3rd row seat and hatch. Kim took care of that before I left. Driving homw though noticed my screens and instrument panel dirty, film from using a dirty cloth. Also smudges on windshield directly in my eyeline. Door jams were not wiped down or at least not done well.
