I came in to get a lug nut replaced and when I was told my vehicle was ready I inspected the lug nuts on the Honda service lot before I left and was able to spin two off by hand. James was nice enough to tighten them and give we a free oil change and silver detailing but as I drove out of my way to have a tire replaced and called ahead to make sure they had in stock, only to find out they ordered the wrong tire was disappointing. I live 45 minutes away and that was my second trip there in two days. I doubt I'll ever use the free oil change and detailing. It's sad that a customer has to check his lug nuts before leaving the dealership in which he originally bought his vehicle.

Everyone was super nice and attentive. I was told roughly 40 minutes but it took 2 and a half hours. I would have definitely gone home and come back and I note upfront. Even if it took a little over an hour would’ve been fine.

Katie Layton and Randy Gibson performed very well. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The part that didn’t work so well was the start/stop fix. I brought the Pilot in May or June but for some reason the car reacted the same as before, meaning the engine shut off but did not restart automatically. I had to initiate the start routine in order to get moving again. So when I took my car in to have this fixed I was told that the service department did not have the part and would have to order it. So looks like I’ll be bringing in the car a third time to fix this problem. Obviously not ideal.
