The service advisor was great and super helpful. However, the new system in place with the text message, not so great. My vehicle needed an engine air filter replacement and was not told about it and I was unable to open the file to look at the multi point inspection. Needless to say I came back to order the engine air filter to replace on my own, when it could have been done while I was there. I’m disappointed with the personal feedback of a human being notifying us of additional items needed for my car. Also, on a separate note, the service door on bay 2 came down on my vehicle striking the bike rack, no damage from what we can see but hopefully no future problems from that incident.

1. Quoted 129.99 diagnostic, suddenly became 149.49 - tell me additional fees, don’t sn Al them in!
2. Told it would be about 30 minutes to fix - was more than 90 minutes before I got the text that my car was ready
3. After receiving said text, it was an additional 45 minutes before my car actually showed up. Don’t tell me it’s ready until you are ready to pull it around!
