Jacob did a great job. For over 12 years we have had all our maintenance on both our 2011 Odyssey and our 2012 Pilot done at Leta. They continue to run great! Both with over well over 200K miles. I would recommend your service department to anyone.

I had an appointment for oil change at 11 on that day. I delivered my vehicle before my appointment and your reps told me it will be done in about 1 or 2 hours. I called around 3 and they told me it still on the shop probably another hours or so but can't give me exact time. I called again around 5 and the reps told me my car still not finished, she can't find James and she can't find on the system that my car was done or not but she said she will ask Jame to call me. I wait for another 30 min or so then I decided to come there. Luckily my car was done. I usually have a good experience with your service, got text video etc. But this time I didn't get any video. Got a text but not like used to be. Are you having a new system? And still trying to figure it out? Or this will be a new normal? At the end of the day James write off my bill for the inconvenience thank you.
