Requested a tire rotation. Wasn’t informed until I reviewed my bill that it wasn’t done. When I asked why not, supposedly you don’t rotate tires if the tread is below a certain point. Really wasn’t told why that is. For me, I want to extend the tires as much as possible.

Leigha did a great job! She communicated well with me. I had a check engine light come on Saturday morning. We’re on vacation and have a long drive coming up on Monday. I drove in to Leta Honda and as I was explaining the issue, I turned the truck on to show her which light was on and wouldn’t you know it, the check engine light did not come on. Now what do I do? Leigha went and talked to the technician and came back with this offer: “we’ll run the engine diagnostics, if it’s free of trouble codes, you can go, no charge” Great offer! I took it. Indeed there was a trouble code and the truck needed a 3rd clutch pressure switch. It was replaced and now I can drive home with a peaceful mind. Leigha was great with her care and follow up when helping to Serice the car. The battery has to be replaced. In changing the battery there was one step not taken that may help the next customer like me. Check to see if the” Main “ switch is activated so the cruise control can be working not causing a return trip ri dealer , the nice tech that helped me get it back and showed me why it needed to be pushed. Only complaint was that I was told it would be hour to hour and half when scheduled. Service advisor saw me waiting and said she’d check on it. Came back 10 min later and said it’d be a few min, shortly after someone else asked if I was being helped and said they’d check and came back and said it’d be at least 15 min. I also saw other advisors giving car wash coupons out and I did not receive one.
