The service advisor never returned my phone call or other staffs messages regarding my vehicle being ready. When the service advisor called me the morning of my appointment to confirm what was to be repaired, she told me she would call me at 11:30 as my vehicle should be ready by then. She never called. I called the service dept at 12 and a message was sent to Danielle. I called again at 1pm and another message was sent to Danielle. I called again third time at 3:30pm and another message was sent to Danielle. She was never able to take my call so staff sent messages to her. I received a text message at 5:05pm that my vehicle was ready. I understand services can take longer than expected but the total lack of communication and returned phone calls and messages is very frustrating and disappointing.

Van was ready and sitting outside. After 15 minutes, I approached the service reception area. They asked who my advisor was. One went to locate him. He returned 5 minutes later and helped me instead. I never got my multi-point inspection text. Something about my battery popped up on it, but no one said anything about it ???????
