A)Scheduling by text takes too long then it couldn’t confirm. Still needed to talk to an actual person after all. The system should give you times to choose from. Apparently I chose a booked time. B) I was given the wrong car and the clerk had to go retrieve my car C) I was unable to pay when your system went down and had to pay afterwards on line in a stupid on line service D) I was sent the wrong bill to pay E) and I am still waiting for an itemized bill
