I learned that my coolant was never changed before I bought the car as the salesman stated. Definitely broke my trust. I have no interest in coming to this Honda anymore. Car was overpriced and then I get lied to. Very displeased.

Why does it take over an hour to get the oil changed? Every quick lube place can do it under 20 minutes.
Also why can you reserve a courtesy car but guarantee I will have one? Why reserve with no guarantee. Seems stupid.
