The work was great and Tyler was very helpful. However, I l left my vehicle overnight so I would not have to wait. I received an e-mail around 1 that said my vehicle was ready and would I like to pay now. I chose not to pay online. When I got there, Tyler said they had not started work on the car and due to a new system the mechanic had apparently triggered an e-mail to me that said it was completed. I wound up waiting 3 hours at the dealer after an extra trip the night before to avoid that. I am a long time customer and I have bought 4-5 automobiles formLet a that were provided for my work and have always used Leta for service even though other dealerships are much closer. I plan to continue but thought you would want to know the new system may still have some bugs to be worked out. Again, Tyler was great, very apologetic, and found some discounts for my service so I have no complaints there.

Every time there is work done on my radio, there are nicks at the bottom of the screen where the tech used some type of tool. I complained about it before and no one has followed up on it. I had the service person take pictures, again. I would like for someone to give me a call to rectify this issue.
