Was told to services were recommended on my vehicle that were not.
When calling in to see why services were recommended I was hung up on multiple times
When calling you have to hit the pulling key on phone every 1 minute to stay on phone.
When I input my call back number so I wouldn’t have to stay on phone when they “attempted” to call me back they did not speak and hung up on me

I have never had a bit of a. problem with my tires. The under inflated light has never come on, even when it was very cold outside. Yesterday, the service department rotated my tires and then about 10 minutes after I left the dealership, the under inflated tire sign came on.

I called to setup the appointment for an oil change and the recall and asked specifically for you to check and ensure the oil change is still under warranty before I sent my daugher for the service and was told yes, the oil change is still under warranty. After the service she was charged for an oil change and was taken advantage of being a kid. I reached out to customer service and they looked into and said yes, looks like my vehicle was still under warranty and it should have been free. I was told they will need to talk to the service department and have them call me back. Well… no one called me back. I called today and I was told that because it was already charged they can’t do anything about it. Talking about horrible service… what kind of answer is that??? I asked to speak with a manager and was told they are busy and I should drive to the location because that was the best option. Wow again… what time of service is this???
I am very disappointed with the service and can’t believe we have been treated with such a disrespect and dishonesty. In Missouri alone I have purchased 6 brand new Honda vehicles and to be treated like this is totally unacceptable.

I was pitched trying to trade my car in for a new one, that is not why I came in and the agent completed his sales pitch even though I clearly communicated not interested.

This car has history in your service department. The second time after purchasing it from you that we had a service oil leak profusely from it while it was parked in the garage… Not cool. We took it back and it was explained that in order to put oil in a Volkswagen Passat, it’s a very highly complex Operation. And unfortunately, too much oil was put into it by the leader oil change technician. Since that time there’s been a lot of oil on the manifold and oil pan. That was two times ago so we brought it back and it was explained to us that there’s an excessive amount of oil on the bottom of the pan and that it was going to need to be replaced. Time was going to be needed in order to get the parts so we took the car back home. And once again it was profusely leaking oil. It had not been leaking while when we took it in. It was not low on oil. We were just going in for an oil change. But this oil changed became a $1800 break and oil pan job. Wow it’s a head shaker. This is the loss school students car didn’t have a lot of time to maintenance it except over this break. So I didn’t really argue with Tyreek too much but I feel like I may have been taking advantage of.

Brought my Honda in for its first oil change, which was complimentary. I appreciated that Danielle ran my VIN for any recalls. My HRV had a seat sensor on recall. Though there was a full line of cars, I was not asked to schedule another appointment to replace the sensor~ it was fantastic it was arranged for do it along with the oil change.
