Everyone was very nice, but I only wanted an oil change and they tried to charge with with other things. When I said I only wanted an oil change the manager took off the other things. I felt like this is a common practice. I have had these problems in the past. Haven’t been in 10 years. Once was enough to bring back the same feeling. So I will be finding another dealership for my service.

What i did like-good customer service skills from the service department, i really like the online approval process and online pay. Fast prompt and accurate service-appreciate.
What i didnt like-i wasnt to hip on was that the floorboard panel was hanging down with retainer clips out, seats left folded down in the back, and the key fob was left in the vehicle before i was there to pick it up. Not dissapointed, minor issues but i believe good feedback will help improve service quality. Thanks for all you do
