Communication and our ability to reach the service department. When we came to pick up our vehicle, they had no record of. It did not know where the vehicle was, and could not find the keys. We have been contacted after we contacted the dealership to be done and was told that it would be done that day. This was 30 days after the vehicle head off been in the shop. I do not believe they even were aware that the part was available to repair the car until we called to follow up. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, the vehicle was not ready as promised, and had not even been started. They were then going to repair the car and deliver it to our home, called to state the vehicle was on the way only to have another two hour wait because what they communicated was not actually correct. We are a long time customer with Frank Leta and this is the first time we have encountered this type of service failure. I understand there have been some system conversions however, it would seem there needs to be sure adequate communication and follow up.

I don’t think this was a normal occurrence as all our previous interactions with the dealership have been great. I drive from several hours away and they called 1/2 way into my drive to reschedule. Since I was driving I didn’t get the message until after arriving. They didn’t need to reschedule after all just said it would be a little longer than usual. I had time constraints and they said it would be no problem getting out in 1.5 hours. After 2 hours and 15 mins I absolutely had to get going and inquired about my vehicle. It had been done for awhile just waiting on paperwork. Then I hear no more free car washes, I was hoping to take advantage of that this trip.

It was a strange day. We came in for normal service and an open recalland ended up trading our 2009 on a 2020 while it was being serviced. Kind of an expensive service visit. You will be seeing more of us in the future.
