They didn’t air up a low tire. They didn’t reset my maintenance computer. It is showing me as overdue. I have to hope they did change the oil. I could have taken it to a quick lube place and got as good or better service for 2/3 the cost and not taken 1hr 45 mins.

Kimmie is phenomenal and did a tremendous job taking care of my needs and my vehicle. Kimmie should be commended and retained for doing so well. However I will not be able to use the service center moving forward. Though this process I learned that Frank Leta charges over MSRP for parts and some of the highest labor rates around. This makes repairs cost more than warranty coverage and insurance coverage. Charging 150% of MSRP seems an unreasonable way to cover the higher costs of other parts of the industry. Please note, Kimmie is likely the only reason I continued with the service after learning about the pricing. In the end, the pricing has left a sour taste with me. Kimmie and the other members of the service team were great, I appreciate Kimmie very much!

Randy did a great job and was very helpful through the whole process. The amount of time the part took is unacceptable but that is not Frank Leta Honda’s fault. My only complaint is regarding the loaner vehicle I was given. I appreciate that it was given to me at no charge but it was also given to me in a very unsanitary condition. There was food crumbs on the seats and sunflower seed shells on the floor in the back and front seat. That is gross. No charge or not, the vehicle should have been in a more presentable condition.

I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and installation of a set of 4 tires. When I arrived for the appointment, I was advised that they didn’t have the tires. I called the week before to confirm that the tires would be there and could be installed at the same time as the oil change appointment. They said it should be fine. On the appointment day, I was told the error was associated to migrating to a new system. So I had to schedule a new appointment for the tire installation which was an inconvenience to me. So overall, I’m not too happy with the customer service experience.
