Randy was great and took time/effort towards my service visit.

James was friendly, polite, professional, & helpful. Every single experience I've had at Leta (service) has been smooth & non-stressful. I did not buy either of my CRVs from Leta, but I get jealous of the Leta's I see on the road because I'm certain they had a better buying experience lol. Next time I'm buying, I'm heading to you first.

I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and installation of a set of 4 tires. When I arrived for the appointment, I was advised that they didn’t have the tires. I called the week before to confirm that the tires would be there and could be installed at the same time as the oil change appointment. They said it should be fine. On the appointment day, I was told the error was associated to migrating to a new system. So I had to schedule a new appointment for the tire installation which was an inconvenience to me. So overall, I’m not too happy with the customer service experience.

Jake was very helpful and cared about solving the service issue I had.
