I called and made my appt over the phone. When I got there, my appt was unable to be found in the system. Since scheduling my appt I had received multiple texts and emails regarding my appointment, so it was logged somewhere. I was then asked if I was leaving my car, which I replied no. Then was told that they may be able to have my car diagnosed in 2 hours but more than likely not due to them having cars there since Monday they were still waiting to be diagnosed. I had no courtesy call stating any of this. I was not prepared or able to leave my car for days, nor did I have a ride planned. I was also taken back how the rep who was working with me inputted my issues I was experiencing woth my car in the system. It was put in as 3 seaperate issues and was told if it wasn't going to be covered by warranty that I'd have to pay almost $500. Due to these factors, I did not leave my car and left the dealership with plans to go to the dealership where I bought my car. I was not comfortable with how the gentleman spoke to me about things, nor with not knowing when my car would be looked at. When he walked me to my car, he then told me that if I go into the settings and do a factory reset, that typically fixes radio issues. When I got home that is what I did and it fixed my issue. I don't understand why that wasn't told to me when I called to make the appointment? That proacrive conversation would've avoided this whole situation and me having to leave work early. I was also told that they didn't know when my car would be done because so many people are bringing their cars in to them. What is the point of having appointments if walk ins are going to push appointments back? I have never been to your dealership before and due to this negative experience I will probably never be back. I live in Wentzville and your location is much more convenient for me than Florissant, however I will continue to drive there. I feel that this experience needs to be known to management as communication seems to be a problem. Feel free to have a manager call me with questions or to discuss further if you'd like.

Everything was all good with my oil change except for the fact that the service department did not know I had a maintenance plan set up for oil changes because the system didn’t let them know of that prior to the text with all the charges and my bill to pay. Also I left and drive 10 mins down hwy k and my low tire light came on (my tires were rotated). So I spent an additional 30 mins back tracking down hwy k to have you guys check it out. The girl was super helpful when I came back and helped me reset my tire light properly. Kudos to her for knowing more about my car than the service technicians! She deserves all the credit on that one!
