I am so completely disappointed in my service that I will never again visit the dealership. I was faced with multiple versions of what was done to my car while in your possession for over two weeks. I was told it went to the Acura dealership to get struts replaced under warranty and then to find out it never left the Honda dealership and only lubricant was put on my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle Kevin was supposed to call to have a discussion with me, of which I am still waiting for that call. Poor communication, lies all around, still don't know what was even done to my vehicle and waiting for someone to call me to explain why I was told many different things and given the run around for almost two weeks while my car just sat there not getting worked on when I was specifically told you would route it to Acura to further diagnose. We need a car for my son but it will never again be at a frank leta dealership. My car is making the same noises it did when I brought it in, an utter waste of my time!

We have been loyal Frank Leta customers for 20 years. Having second thoughts about coming back. Brought in my daughter's 2012 Honda Pilot. We bought this vehicle new, and have taken impeccable care of it. On my recent visit, Grace tried to tell me we needed a large number of items services, would have been well over $2,000 before I stopped her and asked her to please review the records because I knew I had done those things. Took some convincing but she did. "Oh yes, have done those things, but still need these others". I asked her to go back, again, and review. Turns out everything except one very inexpensive thing was found in your records. Still not even convinced about the last one. So that item plus the regular service I asked for ended up being just over $200. Not $2,000+. I only bring my Hondas to you for service, if you aren't on top of these things you are of no value to me. I guess my daughter and I need to DO YOUR JOB and both drive around with a full stack of service records going back more than 10 years in our possession at all times to avoid getting scammed by you. I have shared my latest experience with my friends and family to be aware when dealing with you. If your system can't easily keep track of these things then you need to work on rectifying the issue. If you'd like any pointers on what you need I'd be happy to share my thoughts with you.
