I scheduled an appointment to get a recall fixed but the part was never ordered. I was disappointed that we weren’t offered a discount on the service we did have done for the inconvenience. I also was not guaranteed that the part ordered would be set aside for me when it comes in and I have to call back and reschedule the appointment because Tirek will be off for 5 days. Overall not very satisfied this time around.

I want to emphasize that Grace was phenomenal trying to help with this situation. She went over and above what most individuals would have done. I have only had the vehicle back for several hours; but very happy to have a working receiver.
My reason for not indicating a “yes” on satisfactory with service is due to the fact that it took almost 7 weeks to determine how to repair it. I completely understand the problems this country is experiencing with supply and demand; which causes problems. Please continue to hire caring individuals as you have with Grace and there may be less irate customers.
