Almost 3 hours waiting on an oil change with no communication. This is not the first time either. I was told the last time I was in that the issue is that they do not have my oil filter and have to order it every time. I was also told that they’d be ordering a case so this would not be an issue in the future. That was obviously a lie. I also make sure to set an appointment at least a week in advance to mitigate this issue. A different service advisor named Brad Moonshine was kind enough to keep me updated after and gave me his card to ensure they’d have my filter by the next oil change.
