Although I was generally skeptical when Grace informed me about the deficient tie rods. I should say, with the alignment,the difference in the way the car handles and the responsiveness is like a new car. I appreciate the technicians due diligence while performing the multi-point inspection. Job well done.

2 things stand out.
I had an appointment at 4 and told the oil change/tire rotation would take between an hour 15 and hour and half. I waited in the lobby and at the hour and 45 min mark I sought out an update. Apparently my advisor had left for a meeting and didn’t tell anyone there was a client waiting in the lobby.
After that I walked to my car and noticed my tires were not rotated despite it saying in the paperwork it was done. How do I know? I had marked my front tires with a spot of chalk to check if the job was done. I told the advisor who apologized and had the technician perform the job while I waited.
To say I was beyond frustrated is an understatement. It might have been a simple mistake on the tire rotation but I look it as if I can’t trust on the very simplest of things how is Frank Leta to be trusted at all?

Brad was fine as a service advisor. I have a 22 Odyssey EX which was denied extended warranty on struts and alignment at 46,800 miles. Could this be a problem with this model happening this early? This is a shock with a brand new car! This kind of expense with a van two years old is unheard of. We are entertaining other quotes for the work. I asked Brad to let us know if anything could be done to lower the cost as this is a new vehicle, but he has not responded. I visited 12/14. He notified us 12/16 of the non coverage and astronomical quote.
