I was kept sitting in the lounge for about 3 hours for oil change. Even though the service was finished in 1 hour, with out proper communication, I was forced to wait for another 2 hours at dealership. By seeing my car ready to go, I went and informed Daniel ivy that my car was ready, she did not bother to look up my papers and no response from her. I was standing for her reply for 15 minutes and got no response. I went back seating area and waited for about 1 hour to hear from her that I am good to go. This is my first service after my vehicle purchase and I am quite disappointed with this kind of behavior from frank leta.

After leaving the appointment, I realized that I hadn’t received the sticker for my emissions inspection. When I called to inquire about it, I was informed that I would receive a call from my service representative the following day, but I didn’t receive that call. It seems she wasn't scheduled to work that day. I called again and was told that I would need to return to get the sticker, which required a 30-minute drive out of my way. Upon my arrival, I was informed that emissions inspection stickers can only be generated at the time of the inspection. Therefore, they would need to reinspect my car to issue a sticker. However, they also mentioned that the sticker might not even be necessary. I haven’t gone to the DMV yet, so I will see if that information is accurate. I hope I don’t have to return for another inspection.

Communication is terrible in person and through these text feeds provided from the dealership. No responses back for three days straight now. The service writer Grace was not there when I picked up the vehicle and there are still issues pending if not worse at this point. It is not easy for me to keep going back-and-forth to the dealership to try and address this. I am unfortunately sick now, which makes it even harder for me to get there right away to address this in person. This was my plan for today, but now I cannot at this point. If someone tries to contact me, please leave a message whichever way they attempt to contact me and if I do not answer, leave a message and I will return the call or text, etc. I’m very dissatisfied with the situation being worse now than it was.
