Randy was absolutely WONDERFUL. He is the singular reason I go to your location. This is however the 2nd time I have come to you for an alignment and the techs have not completed the task correctly. My steering wheel is still not centered. This is the 4th mistake the technician team has made with my car. I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere unless I get a resolution.
