The minute after I was at the service desk I was given over to a guy about selling my car and buying a new one and was pushed hard for it. Commenting about how 'expensive' repairs would be, and how it was much better to get a new car. At that moment I knew that;
1. I wasn't a valued customer but nothing more than a blank check
2. I could not trust the service department because they were already talking about how expensive my repair will be
3. That I was never coming back here
Honestly I am beyond disappointed in this. When I walked in I actually felt welcomed and that they were wanting to take care of my needs. If you had asked me five seconds before I was pushed into a sales rep I would have said I would be making this the garage I went to for everything.
Congratulations, you messed that up.
